Molina Healthcare of New Mexico to Continue Participation in the Health Insurance Exchange and Medicare in 2019

Molina Healthcare has announced that the Company will continue participating in the Health Insurance Exchange, known locally as beWellNM, and will also continue offering Medicare plans in the state in 2019. Molina will offer the most affordable gold, silver and bronze plans through the Health Insurance Exchange in five geographic regions encompassing 33 counties throughout the state. For 2019, Molina offers plans with no deductibles for primary care office visits, and lowered copays for urgent care visits as well as easy access to quality doctors and hospitals. For the Company's Medicare Advantage offerings, the health plan will continue to offer its Dual Special Needs plan (DSNP) for individuals with both Medicare and Medicaid coverage in Bernalillo, Chaves, Dona Ana, Luna, McKinley, Otero, Sandoval, San Juan, Santa Fe, Sierra, Torrance and Valencia Counties.

The open enrollment period for Marketplace in New Mexico begins November 1 and runs through December 15 for a membership effective date of January 1, 2019. All of Molina Healthcare's Marketplace plans include free preventive care and easy access to a wide network of doctors and hospitals. Beneficiaries eligible for a Dual Special Needs plan (DSNP) can enroll monthly through 2018. Beginning in 2019, Molina's Dual Special Needs plan will feature enhanced benefits such as:

Dental: Preventative coverage and $2,500 Comprehensive Allowance, including dentures with no sub-maximum allowance
Rx Prescription Drug: Offers $0 copay for Tiers 1 and 2 prescription drugs, Tiers 1 and 2 prescription drugs are excluded from Part D deductible
Vision: Vision allowance offered every year and $0 copay for eye exams
Over-the-Counter (OTC): $235 per quarter for OTC products with rollover
